Three capsules typically provide: 1.5mg Vitamin A, 5mg Vitamin B1, 5mg Vitamin B2, 30mg Vitamin B3, 50mg Vitamin B5, 20mg Vitamin B6, 5µg Vitamin B12, 30µg Biotin, 200mg Vitamin C, 20mg Bioflavonoid complex, 5µg Vitamin D (200iu), 50mg Vitamin E (75iu), 75mg Betaine HCL, 300mg MSM, 120mg Calcium, 38mg Magnesium, 15mg Zinc, 75µg Selenium, 100µg Chromium, 0.5mg Copper, 40µg Iodine (kelp), 3mg Silica, 0.5mg Boron, Alfalfa, Burdock, Olive leaf, Watercress, Dandelion, Sage, Chlorophyll, Chicory root, Marigold, Chervil, Garlic. Probiotic: 100 million Lactobacillus sporogenes.

Encapsulated with these natural ingredients: : Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (carrageenan, pectin), rice bran, vegetable magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Suggested intake: Take 3 capsules a day.
