This delicious, 100% Certified Organic Wild Pomegranate Balsamic Vinegar is made from the freshly squeezed juice of organically harvested Pomegranates grown wild in Europe. Pomegranate juice is naturally fermented in oak casks using the beneficial ‘Acetobacter’ bacteria to create 5.5% acidity vinegar, with nutritious ‘mother’. A special Pomegranate juice balsamic concentrate is added to the vinegar and the blend slowly matured in the same casks to create rich, tangy-sweet, dark-coloured balsamic vinegar. No chemicals, additives, or preservatives are used.
A perfect ‘gourmet’ condiment, mix into salad dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, stews, or other savoury dishes, for added flavour. Drizzle on to sliced strawberries, kiwis, raspberries or peaches for extra piquant taste. Makes a wonderfully refreshing drink when added to hot or cold water. Not suitable for use in pickling recipes.
‘Mother’ is a natural nutritious substance composed of protein molecules and can be created by beneficial acetic acid bacteria. Natural cloudiness or ‘mother’ is the true sign of unfiltered vinegar and naturally contains pectin, trace minerals, beneficial bacteria and enzymes. Does not contain sulphites.

Organically harvested wild pomegranate balsalmic vinegar
Mix into salad dressings, marinades, sauces, soups, stews, and other savoury dishes. Drizzle on to sliced strawberries, kiwis, raspberries or peaches. For a refreshing drink, add 1-2 teaspoons (5-10ml) to a cup of hot or cold water.
