Deliveries during adverse weather conditions (updated on 18th Jan 2010)
The improved weather situation means that most orders are now being despatched and delivered on time. The Royal Mail has reinstated the next day delivery guarantee on priority orders.
Higher Nature Delivery - UK and EU shipping!
Whilst many companies on the net charge high prices for delivery or only give you free delivery when you spend a certain amount, Higher Nature believes in charging absolutely nothing for UK and EU delivery!
All UK orders will be speeded to you by first class mail or by 48 hour parcel delivery for large orders. If you have not received your order within 7 days, please notify us.
Priority Delivery
Priority delivery orders are sent out by Royal Mail’s Special DeliveryTM Next Working Day. This service guarantees delivery by 1.00pm of the next working day after despatch to 99% of the country, including Northern Ireland, Jersey and Guernsey.
Please note that orders are sent out on the same day if placed before 12pm, or before 10.30am on a Friday. Orders received after these times are dispatched the following working day. Orders placed after 10.30am on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday. Orders dispatched on Fridays will not be delivered before Monday morning.
Royal Mail Special Delivery can be used from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays or public holidays. Please note that during times of heavy order volumes, dispatching of orders may be subject to a short delay. If you have any delivery concerns, please phone 01435 884668 before placing your order.
International Delivery (outside the EU)
Again Higher Nature has one of the lowest international delivery rates on the net. Many sites have extortionate rates to deliver products internationally, but we only charge 17.5%!
Customers from outside the EU: Our prices to you are free of VAT but do include a built-in postal charge of 17.5%. In some cases where the product is zero vat rated in the UK, we have been obliged to increase the cost to cover postage. Please total your order, using the prices given in the product description and add no extra postal charge.
