I mix this with hazelnut milk & a banana, but you can also add nuts or peanut butter if you need more protein. Even though it's a strange colour, it's super tasty & filling when I need something quick for breakfast.

This was recommended to me by my Kinesiologist and I can honestly say that nothing kick starts me so well every morning. It also acts as a hunger suppressant which prevents me from feeling the need to feed on carbohydrate heavy foods (bread). Result - I've lost flab, my digestion is under control and I'm able lead a normal life.

This tastes wonderful, the first shake that I have had that doesn't taste artificial and too sweet. I use unsweetened almond milk with berries and it makes a refreshing meal in a glass. A great breakfast when time is short or you are not sure what to have first thing.

I blend this with goat's yoghurt and though it makes a funny colour for breakfast (green) it's absolutely delicious.

This is very tasty. I blend it with sugar free almond milk or coconut milk and a banana (not a low glycemic fruit I know, but it gives body). I don't have it every day, but it is particularly good before an early morning zumba class when I need energy but nothing weighing on my stomach.
