I add this to my late afternoon drink - for the extra nutrition. Whizzed in my nutri-chef with maybe a green leaf or two, pear or apple, nectarine and a scoop or two (I think two is recommended - but I'm using as a nutritional top up along side healthy diet and daily supplement support) of this powder - topped up with water. Really enjoy - and the 'texture' only slight - doesn't offend in the slightest as I know what it's made of! Super easy to use and really beneficial. NB I love the 'Breakfast Shake' too!

This is great for a healthy meal option, particularly in the morning...I have soya milk, frozen bananas and sometimes blueberries or other berries. It's very refreshing though I agree it is a little gritty. Haven't tried it with fruit juice or yoghurt-doesn't sound appealing to me.

I tried this once before and struggled with the grittiness of the texture. I also found the fruit somewhat tart. However, I am going to try it again and see if I can get used to it, as I feel the fibre content will be really good for my digestion. I mixed it with yogurt, but hope to try some different mixes this time.
