I have not had this for a little while, but find myself fancying some lately. I like to blend it with butter or other soft spread, which helps me to wean myself off butters. I love the taste and like it on crackers or toasted soda farls. I believe it is good for balancing the acid alkaline so that's got to be good. I am about to order some more and am looking forward to some tasty snacks.
