Rhodiola Stress Relief is a traditional herbal medicinal product used for the temporary relief of symptoms associated with stress, such as fatigue, exhaustion and mild anxiety, exclusively based upon long-standing use as a traditional remedy.
When you are constantly juggling work and family life, you are tired all the time or you are always trying to meet deadlines, you may need some additional support to help you to keep on top of life. Some people might also describe how they are feeling as ‘tired but wired’. Stress is a very common complaint affecting around 7.4 million people in the UK at any one time.
Rhodiola is commonly called Arctic root because it grows widely in the Arctic regions of Europe and Asia. Its long history of use stems right back to the ancient Greeks, who documented its applications in traditional medicine. Rhodiola is still drunk as a tea in certain regions of the world.
One tablet contains 200mg of Rhodiola rosea L. root and rhizome extract (1.5-5:1), which is equivalent to 300-1000mg of Rhodiola rosea whole root and rhizome. Rhodiola contains many active parts, including rosavin, salidroside and other polyphenols.
Made from natural herbs. Independently assessed for quality and safety.
Not suitable if under 18 years, pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from liver or kidney disease. Always read the label.
You can also read the Patient Information Leaflet.
Please note that we are unable to deliver our Traditional Herbal Remedies outside of the UK. Please do not add them to your basket if your delivery address is not in the UK as it will delay the dispatch of your order.
