Suggested intake
Take 1/2 – 21/2 level teaspoons (1.2g – 6g) dissolved in water.
In some cases MSM may have an initial laxative effect. This is normal and should stop within a few days. Drink plenty of water. Reduce intake if symptoms are uncomfortable.

My husband and I always took this regularly & it helped ease all our joint aches and strains perfectly. I started buying a "top" American brand of MSM and slowly all the troubles returned. It took quite a while for me to realise that we weren't just ageing, but were in fact not getting our usual help from a good quality MSM. On returning to the HN MSM, within days my stiff knees, aching joints and awkward hip were back to being limber, relaxed and comfortable. I'll never change again!

I was told this product would not only help joints, skin etc but is also very good for hay fever sufferers. I started using it a couple of months ago when the tree pollen got going and so far my symptoms have been far less than previous years - even when the sun is out! I am now buying some for my daughter.
