Our Sea Calcium is sourced from clean seas off the West Coast of Ireland and is naturally more absorbable than many other forms of calcium. It will also contain many other naturally occurring trace minerals as well as magnesium.
Our Sea Calcium contains both calcium and magnesium which are needed for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Many populations around the world consume large quantities of seaweed in their diets for its remarkable health benefits. It is recommended to ensure you have sufficient vitamin D in your diet to aid calcium absorption or take our Vitamin D 500iu or a multi vitamin and mineral formula such as Advanced Nutrition Complex.

Lots of people take Calcium but a little research will show how most forms simply adhere to the bone rather than become part of it. Being plant form this type will be better absorbed than others. There is always the inevitable waste that your body does not use but this one at least has less waste and is more suitable to building/maintaining your bones. No, I'm not a professional but having a son with Autism makes him very picky about food and an intolerance to dairy means he is calcium deficient. Short of giving him a plant tincture known as Horsetail which tastes vial (but found to rebuild bones in cancer, HIV and osteoporosis patients) this is the next best option I've found. try this one, small tablets, my son takes three a day. if your diet is good you can probably take less. Do try to take a good multi vitamin with it for the D3 though.
