At 54, in middle of menopause and suffering (seriously) badly with menopausal symptoms - flushes, tension, emotions, insomnia, worthlessness feelings - you name it, its here! In desperate need of Vit B to regain some hormonal control...not one (seriously NONE!) of the high street chemists or 'health stores' (huh!?) sell it. Yet again, Higher Nature - with brilliant stock range, service, advice and reputation have 'saved' me with their Vit B6!. I will not bother shopping in the high street again - everything I need is here, on their wonderful site, with fab service, prices and availability. 1,000 hugs to Higher Nature - for Vit B6 which I KNOW will soon be soothing this awful phase of the menopause for me. In true weepy, angry, joyful cocktail of menopause-hormone induced emotions, I shall now cry and laugh with relief in knowing my Vit B will be here soon! ;). xx
