Very comprehensive and informative. Breaks down the possible causes of digestive issues into chapters with information on the causes, tests you can do at home, supplementation plan and diet plans. One of the simplest books I have read on digestion and having read a many, I found myself learning so much I didn't know on the topic. Would recommend for anyone who has digestive /stomach complaints.
