Dr Justin Roberts is a Senior Lecturer in Sport, Health and Exercise, within the School of Life and Medical Sciences at the University of Hertfordshire. He holds a PhD in Applied Physiology and Nutrition from Brunel University and is an Accredited Sport and Exercise Physiologist from the British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES). Dr Roberts is a Registered Nutrition Practitioner with both the Nutrition Therapy Council (NTC) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), and a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).
