In 2005 I had homocysteine levels of 9.9 and cholesterol of 9.2. I followed Patrick Holford's advice taking H factors, TMG and Supergar. Within 6 months the H level was down to 6 where it has remained ever since and the cholesterol level also came down to 6.5 (Have since found out that I have an underactive thyroid which has an effect on Cholesterol levels) My husband is on steroids and also takes this product to keep his H level down we would not be without it!!

Cannot praise this product highly enough and the fact it actually works in lowering your homocysteine levels. I have to take steroids for an inflammatory condition and was concerned as to the effect they would have on my homocysteine levels. Had it tested by York Test and came back as 13.... high risk indeed of problems. On the advice of the nutritionist service provided by Higher Nature, I took four capsules a day for three months and then had a re-test of my homocysteine. It had reduced to 7 which is fantastic! Will now continue on a maintenance dose of two a day. This product is a must for anyone with concerns about raised homocysteine levels. Thank you Higher Nature for providing this fantastic product.

Cardiovascular disease is responsible for around 160,000 deaths a year in the UK alone, and a further seven million people are living with the disease.
